Have you ever heard of Rob Hanes?  There’s even an audio-book available and if you ask “but what’s it all about:

“Rob Hanes Adventures is an all-ages comic-book series (and now a web comic) about a globetrotting private eye and troubleshooter for a worldwide detective agency Justice International. Rob travels the world on assignment, facing adventure, intrigue and romance at every turn!

It’s a fun, globetrotting action-adventure-variety series for ALL AGES. Every issue is “done in one,” and contains a complete, self-contained story. Pick up the series with any issue and enjoy!

Fans of cheeky, fast-paced action-adventure fare like Jonny Quest, Indiana Jones, James Bond, and Danger Girl will love this series. And comic-book fans who enjoy quality creator-owned independent titles like Jeff Smith’s Bone and Batton Lash’s Counselors of the Macabre should also check out the series. And if you are a fan of classic adventure strips and artists like Alex Toth, Will Eisner’s Spirit, Milton Caniff’s Terry and the Pirates, and Roy Crane’s Buz Sawyer and Wash Tubbs, you’ll definitely want to check out Rob Hanes Adventures.

Rob Hanes Adventures is widely admired for its contemporary storylines, and its clean storytelling sense and art style. The series has received extensive media coverage and numerous accolades from respected industry publications like the Comic Buyer’s Guide, Comics Retailer, Comic Book Marketplace, Diamond Dialogue, and Previews. Other irecognitions include a Xeric Foundation Grant, a Russ Manning Award nomination, and several Indy Awards.”
