Okay,it is now officially “Wimp Britain”. Just what the **** happened to this country? 4 inches [8cms] of snow and the city of Bristol is dead. No buses. Shops cannot open. If authorities gritted/salted properly [”We WILL NOT be caught out this year” -yeah] and if householders did what they always used to -clear or salt pavements it would be no problem.

So,as there is a huge snowdrift of 5 inches [YES -5 DEADLY INCHES!!!] outside the Black Tower I’m afraid CBO is cancelled.
