On 6th June I hit the big 52..not sure why it would be big but 52 years is over half a century [will I get the second half or is that reserved for others?]. I keep wondering whether being a comic geek for more years to come is really what I want.
CBO is hard,lonely work but there are no financial rewards and at 52 I find I’m thinking more about bill paying and..what’s it called -oh,food!
I seriously have to contemplate CBOs future and at times I feel the same ten people are just hitting the CBO link so I think lots of hitters are out there!
After all this time some of you must have opinions on CBO and its approach to comics. Should Marvel and DC be excluded? Am I not covering something you want to read about? Do you wonder,like I do,why a site that is pro Independent comics and Small Press struggles at times to get books to review or news –13000 hits a month is quite good so its not as though no one will see a book reviewed!
Let me know. It might help me make a decision one way or the other.
