Eagle Awards
Once They Meant Something…
I’ll admit that I do not bother much with awards. The Eagle Awards seem to be getting so popularist that if we were in,say,
Zimbabwe ,I’d ask for a recount and to see all the votes!
Matt Brooker –well,justly deserved. But “How To Date A Girl In 10 Days”? Where the hell did that come from? I’ve not even seen it or heard it mentioned amongst comic folk or stores! I think Eleventh Hour were cheated!!
Just who do you have to sleep with to get an Award now?
Favourite Comics Related website –the ones where people work hard to bring you news and interviews? Nah. Marvel.com.

I guess these awards mean something to someone though if we don’t start seeing Cinebook or Classical Comics there next year…
