Praxis Comics was another one of those publishers who debuted at the 2006 International Comic Expo in Bristol. According to their Press Release:

THE DEJA VU EXPERIMENT
Robert Lai, a brilliant scientist, is assigned by Eternity Enterprises to develop and formulate a way to extend the length of human life beyond its natural state,i.e. immortality. After several failed experiments, with the aid of his new Associate, Vivian, he decides to have a more spiritual approach to the problem. He draws inspiration from the world’s different spiritual beliefs - and when he succeeds in finding human immortality, Eternity Enterprises becomes the enemy, both to Robert’s own mortality - and the entire human race.
